Then I found the MT format export plugin for z-blog, and after testing, I found that it did not export the aliases. By checking the WP database and the corresponding Movable Type and TypePad Importer plugin (Tools > Import > Movable Type and TypePad will prompt for installation), I learned that the aliases can be transferred through the BASENAME field in MT. The plugin update history also states: Use BASENAME, if present, as the slug for the post.
Then I added a line of code to the MT format export plugin of z-blog, exporting the alias field as BASENAME. With this, the article title, alias, summary, full text, tags, comments, and references can all be imported from z-blog to WordPress.
