I have been using Sogou Wubi input method for a long time. Initially, I could log in using both Sogou and Sohu email accounts. However, there was a period of time when I couldn't log in, and later they added QQ login.
Today, I wanted to check the "Sogou Webmaster Platform," but after logging in with QQ on the "Sogou Passport," I found that there was no email binding. After searching, I found out that Sogou email service was discontinued in 2015.
