The virtual host used by ASP has not expired yet, but FTP is no longer available in the meantime. The support ticket stated that it will no longer be provided and suggested using online management to upload files. However, that online management is based on Flash.

After about 5 months since my last reply, the customer service replied saying that FTP functionality has been restored. Although it took me another two months to see the reply, I uploaded the code files mentioned in this article.
